Login issues
I forgot my password
1. Go to the login page.
2. Click “Forgot password”.
3. Follow the steps on the screen.
How to reset my password
1. Log in to NANO.
2. Select “Settings”.
3. Choose a new password.
I entered the wrong password several times
Your account may be locked.
Wait 15 minutes and try again.
Contact support if you still cannot log in.
I cannot log in to my account
Check your username and password.
Try “Forgot password”.
Contact support if the issue continues.
Activation issues
I have not activated my NANO/Okta account
1. Search for “NANO NorgesGruppen” in your email.
2. Also check your spam folder.
3. Open the link and follow the instructions.
I did not receive the activation link
Check your spam folder.
Search for “NANO NorgesGruppen”.
Still cannot find the email?
Contact support.
“Token expired” – what does this mean?
The activation link only works once.
Have you already activated your account?
Log in as normal.
Need a new activation link?
Contact support.
Problems with Okta Verify or SMS
Why am I not receiving Okta Push notifications?
Use the correct portal:
nano.norgesgruppen.no
1. Set up Okta Verify again.
2. Try again.
3. Contact support if it still does not work.
I did not receive the SMS code
1. Check that your phone number is correct in Workday.
2. Wait a few minutes.
3. Try again.
Still not working?
Contact support.
How to enable Face ID in Okta Verify
1. Open the Okta Verify app.
2. Select your account.
3. Enable Face ID under security settings.
New or lost phone
Lost phone or new phone – how to set up Okta Verify again
1. Install Okta Verify on your new phone.
2. Set up the app again.
3. Remove the old phone if needed.
